About ShakthiSAT Bahamas
Led by Dr. Jacinta Higgs and Akhepran International Academy, ShakthiSAT Bahamas empowers female students through aerospace, coding, robotics, leadership, and global STEM collaboration.
Students train with astronauts and engineers while gaining hands-on experience in satellite science, leadership, and innovation.
The mission represents “Peace & Power” — preparing future scientists, innovators, and global leaders. ShakthiSAT will feature 108 woman ambassadors (Devis) from each participating country, with each country sending 108 students to join this groundbreaking mission. To ensure the success of ShakthiSAT and to empower young girls worldwide, we are actively raising funds. These efforts will provide the necessary resources and support for the mission, fostering a global community of young female leaders in space exploration
